Overview

PACE Supply id seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

 

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Total Rewards team across benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, and other Total Rewards programs. This position is responsible for coordinating routine

processes, maintaining accurate records, responding to employee inquiries, assisting with recurring Total Rewards activities, and providing general administrative support to ensure programs are administered accurately and timely.

 

The HR Coordinator also serves as backup support to the Workers' Compensation/Leave of Absence Administrator, including

initiating workers' compensation claims, supporting leave tracking and administration, and managing routine leave activities during

periods of absence.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee benefit programs, Open Enrollment, benefit inquiries, eligibility documentation, and billing reconciliation.
  • Provide administrative support for tracking employee leaves of absence, documentation, dates, and status.
  • Provide backup support for workers’ compensation and leave administration, including claims, tracking, documentation, and employee follow-up.
  • Assist with compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, relocation, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Serve as backup to the Workers’ Compensation/Leave of Absence Administrator.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, reports, trackers, and related documentation.
  • Support HR compliance activities, employee communications, audits, and special projects.
  • Coordinate new-hire orientation at the Corporate Office, including schedules, materials, communications, and logistics.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and other departments to support effective HR operations.
  • Respond to employee questions professionally and timely, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.

  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • 1–3 years of HR or LOA/Benefits experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a passion for people and process improvement
