We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Waterworks Leadership Team and oversee our Treatment Plant Group. Reporting to the Division Manager, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our business by driving sales, managing high-profile mechanical, water, and wastewater treatment plant projects, and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. The successful candidate will inspire and develop a talented team, strengthen customer and vendor relationships, and create strategies that fuel divisional growth and profitability. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, delivering results, and shaping the future of our Waterworks division.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in the Waterworks industry.
Strong knowledge of waterworks materials, applications, and project execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
15+ years of experience estimating mechanical and line work within the Waterworks industry.
Proven ability to read and interpret plans and perform detailed plan take-offs.
5+ years of managerial or leadership experience.
