Join Our Team as a Warehouse Lead – Night Shift | Stockton Distribution Center

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join PACE Supply as our Annex Graveyard Lead. In this key role, you’ll be part of our dynamic Lead team, taking on rotating responsibilities in both Shipping and Receiving. Schedule: Sunday- Thursday, 10:00pm- 6:30am, with daily overtime.

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a cooperative manner with team members, customers, and managers.
• Lead the huddles with safety topics, improvements and break schedules / stretching.
• Manage flow of order picking, ensuring proper product identification and quantities, manually and/or utilizing forklift.
• Looks up part numbers, quantities, product locations, and branch information on the computer, as appropriate.
• Manage flow for receiving, check received material against paperwork, putaway product, unload trucks by hand and/or equipment. Operate a Stand-Up Forklift, Order (Cherry) Picker, and Reach.
• Work with all Supervisors to make sure we allocate proper resources to complete the workload.
• Maintains cleanliness of the overall facility to support safety standards, with an emphasis on the area assigned to the work group.
• Address and monitor all safety policies are followed and addressed accordingly.
• Ensure all employees are on task and productive.
• Coach employees to ensure work is completed accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possess excellent product knowledge.
• Proficient on use of the WMS Inventory system, scanners, and HighJump.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Effective time management is a MUST.
• Presents a professional image and represents PACE Supply in accordance with our core values.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Proficient on MS Outlook and Excel.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Must hold and maintain attendance record within company policy.
• Current forklift certification

Work Environment

Physical Requirements:

• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly. This includes carrying, dragging, and walking with materials, as well as using a hand-truck.
• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Environmental Conditions:

• The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
• Occasionally, the employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
