This customer service role supports both our customers and to our branches. For our ideal candidate to be successful in this position they must have the ability to interact effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure while remaining patient, kind, resourceful, flexible, and effective. A professional demeanor with good people skills. Full attendance and adhering to the work schedule are essential for this position. Ability to stay focused and committed to accomplishing daily tasks, while taking pride in their quality of work. • 1 year experience working in an office environment, Accounting Department in an administrative support role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Superb time management skills and detail orientation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
• High degree of accuracy, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, experience with Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 15 lbs. regularly. This includes carrying, dragging, and walking with materials, as well as using a hand-truck.
• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
