PACE Supply is expanding, and we're looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team in Medford, OR. We need a dedicated Warehouse Worker / Qualified Class C Driver who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations by handling deliveries and performing essential warehouse duties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely delivering products to customers while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

• Picking, packing, and stocking inventory to fulfill customer orders.

• Operating forklifts, hand-held scanners, and other warehouse equipment.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are key, as you’ll interact daily with customers, suppliers, and team members. Physical capability to lift heavy packages and perform warehouse duties is required.

Delivery & Customer Service

• Safely deliver plumbing and industrial products to customer locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Obtain customer signatures on packing slips for proof of receipt.

• Address and resolve delivery concerns in the field, escalating issues when necessary.

• Maintain communication with the scheduling and routing team regarding delivery status and any delays.

Vehicle Operation & Maintenance

• Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring products are handled securely.

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns to management.

• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle to comply with safety and company standards.

Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment

• Receive and prioritize work orders from the supervisor.

• Accurately pull orders from inventory, manually or using a forklift.

• Pack, label, and prepare materials for delivery or customer pick-up.

• Verify order accuracy before dispatch to ensure timely and correct deliveries.

• Restock shelves and racks from overstock as needed.

Team Support & Safety

• Assist in training new Delivery Drivers on safety procedures and company policies.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and delivery area, adhering to safety protocols.

• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication with customers, coworkers, and management.

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred. Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify. 
• Possess a valid OR Class C Driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Can pass a background check and drug test.
• Previous warehouse experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• 2 years of professional driving related experience and/or training
• Long hours of moving and heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.

• Basic knowledge and proper use of the English language, including reading, writing, and oral communications.

• Ability to put things in a proper sequence (e.g., by size, alphabetically, numerically) and to put like items together.
• Knowledge of driving laws and adherence to speed limits while driving a company vehicle.
• Knowledge of the procedure in the event of an accident in the warehouse or in company vehicle.

Work Environment

Physical Requirements:

• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly. This includes carrying, dragging, and walking with materials, as well as using a hand-truck.
• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Environmental Conditions:

• The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
• Occasionally, the employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
